Job summary
Weetabix Limited is seeking a Reliability Engineer to strengthen asset care and drive reliability across manufacturing sites. You will work with Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams to optimise maintenance programmes, improve equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
You will lead CMMS governance, data integrity, and analytics to enable informed decisions, while championing EEM and lifecycle management from design through commissioning.
Qualifications
- Proven reliability engineering background in manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS data integrity, planning and reporting.
- Experience with RCA, RCM, FMEA and risk-based maintenance.
- Familiarity with PUWER/LOLER and regulatory maintenance obligations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve asset care and reliability.
- Lead reliability roadmap and KPI governance across sites.
- Act as CMMS subject-matter expert ensuring data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.
- Drive RCA investigations and root cause solutions to reduce repeat failures.
- Support implementation of factory technologies and real-time performance visibility.
- Provide reliability expertise to engineering projects from design through commissioning.
