Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Plaistow to develop and manage asset care strategies for packing and processing equipment. You will drive KPI reporting, optimise maintenance regimes and support capital projects up to £500k.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role focuses on reducing downtime through data analysis (SAP and Power BI) and implementing best-practice maintenance methods across the site.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification at NVQ4/HNC level or higher.
• Experience in reliability, maintenance planning and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP maintenance modules and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Increase plant reliability and reduce downtime through data-driven analysis.
• Review spares, maintenance regimes and KPI performance.
• Administer SAP maintenance budgeting, trends and reliability reporting.
• Lead capital projects and contractor coordination to improve uptime.
