Reliability Engineer – Thermography

Location: Reading | Type: Full-time | Field-based role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Reliability Engineer with a focus on thermographic surveys and condition-based maintenance. This is a field-based role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, problem-solving, and technical reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver infrared thermographic surveys across various industrial and commercial sites
• Support clients with predictive maintenance and reliability strategies
• Produce clear, accurate technical reports and provide actionable recommendations
• Manage your own diary, travel, and workload
