We're looking for a proactive and analytical Reliability Data Engineer, or Graduate Reliability Data Engineer, to join our Reliability team within QRS. This role is focused on transforming complex reliability and operational data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. You'll use data analytics, reporting tools, and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot to identify trends, automate reporting, investigate performance issues, and provide valuable information to stakeholders across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a career in data analytics within an engineering environment, or for an experienced data professional seeking to apply their skills in a dynamic manufacturing and automotive setting.
You will have a passion for data, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Comfortable working with large datasets, you'll possess strong analytical skills and be able to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for action. You'll enjoy collaborating with colleagues from across the business and communicating insights in a clear and meaningful way.
