Job summary

Fortnum & Mason is transforming its supply chain using RELEX to improve forecasting, replenishment and inventory management. The Relex Super User will maximise value from the platform, bridging Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology and external partners, driving adoption and system optimisation.

This role supports future RELEX phases and embedding best practice across the organisation, including peak trading periods and new business units.

Qualifications

• Experience with RELEX or similar replenishment/planning platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy.
• Experience leading change and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day optimisation of forecasting and replenishment in RELEX.
• Lead user adoption, training and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance to improve inventory performance.
• Develop governance and standard processes for demand planning.
• Support rollout of future RELEX phases across business units.
