Job summary
Client Server Limited in Reigate is seeking a Release Engineering Lead to own packaging, releases and presentation of SaaS products. You’ll balance speed, quality, security and business risk while coordinating multiple teams and managing day-to-day releases.
You'll bring hands-on release management in Azure DevOps, strong DevOps experience, and a track record of improving CI/CD, IaC and GitOps practices in a modern SaaS environment. Hybrid working with WFH to £130k+bonus.
Qualifications
- Experience releasing software in a SaaS product environment.
- Hands-on DevOps in an Azure cloud environment.
- Proven ability to improve CI/CD processes in complex setups.
- Strong technical knowledge with confident stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, IaC, trunk-based development and GitOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day releases for an assigned product stack.
- Coordinate risks, dependencies and release readiness across teams.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure and release automation.
- Embed governance, security and compliance into delivery processes.
- Define release readiness criteria and release health metrics.
