We are inviting applications for the role of Relationship Officer at an International Bank based in London.
Job Purpose:
- Generate business through branch channels.
- Manage, acquire, and grow relationships with key customers of the branch.
- Ensure adherence to compliance policies and standard operating procedures of the organization.
- Undertake projects and assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Area of Responsibility:
- Lead generation and acquisition of bank products through the branch channel.
- Identify potential Business Banking customers and offer suitable products and services to increase the customer base.
- Achieve business targets within specified timelines.
- Maintain relationships with existing business account holders to generate opportunities in Trade Services and Property Financing based on their needs.
- Prospect for new clients for accounts and deposits through referral generation and approved calling activities to expand the client base.
- Enhance the relationship value of existing customers by suggesting products aligned with their requirements.
- Acquire new relationships to increase customer base and business volume.
- Understand market needs and provide feedback to the Product Development team to address product gaps.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, including KYC and AML requirements, in line with bank policies and procedures.

- People Related: Interaction with team members, Customer Service Manager, Branch Manager, Marketing Personnel, Compliance Personnel, Operations Personnel.
- Operational Related: Adhere to all policies and procedures for transactional banking, AML, and KYC.
