Responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships for institutional trust and custody clients.
• Providing clients with information and suggestions to add value to their relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell products for additional revenue.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by coordinating with service teams and resolving issues.
• Developing understanding of client’s business, objectives, and market challenges.
• Building strong relationships with client contacts.
• Adding value by anticipating solutions and partnering with clients.
• Educating clients on emerging issues, bank products, and regulatory changes.
• Cross-selling bank products/services and coordinating presentations.
• Managing client profitability and developing pricing strategies.
