About Us:
Judicium Education is a leading provider of expert support services for schools and academies across the UK. We specialise in HR, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Data Protection, Governance, and SEND - helping educational institutions navigate complex regulations and focus on delivering outstanding education.
Our mission is simple: to empower schools with practical, professional, and high-quality advice, enabling them to thrive. We're a fast-growing company with a strong reputation for excellence and a friendly, collaborative team culture.
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Junior Relationship Manager to help drive the growth of Judicium's client base and service usage. This is a key role within our sales and marketing function, focused on building strong, long-lasting relationships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with service leads and the wider team, you'll be responsible for growing revenue from existing clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and developing new business within the education sector. This role combines strategic account development with hands-on relationship building.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively managing a portfolio of schools and trusts to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the education sector.
Building strong, long-term relationships with senior school leaders.
Representing Judicium at regional and national education events.
Supporting marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and awareness.
Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and reporting progress to the Head of Sales.
Collaborating with service leads to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Assisting with tenders and bid processes.
Staying informed about education sector trends and client challenges.
We're looking for someone who is confident, driven, and passionate about supporting schools to succeed. You'll be a natural relationship-builder with a commercial mindset and a desire to make a difference.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience in a client-facing role such as Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Recruitment Consultant.
A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of the education sector or a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in promoting a wide range of professional services.
Self-motivation and strong organisational skills.
A personable, service-oriented approach with a focus on long-term engagement.
Flexibility to attend both virtual and in-person client meetings.
At Judicium, we take pride in looking after our team. As a Junior Relationship Manager, you'll enjoy:
Competitive salary and commission structure (£30,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission).
Hybrid/flexible working options.
25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
Opportunities for professional development and internal progression.
Regular team events and an inclusive, collaborative work culture.
Ready to build meaningful relationships that make a difference?
