Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking an inspiring Relationship Executive to join the regional team from a home-based location in the South of England or Wales. You will manage individual, group and corporate supporter relationships, primarily over the phone, to maximise in-year and lifetime value.

This role focuses on outstanding customer service, timely supporter communications, and smooth transitions to Relationship or Legacy Managers when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence others.
• Active listening to build valuable relationships with supporters.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems with guidance from colleagues.
• Experience entering and managing data in a database system.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing contact for low to mid-value relationships including individuals, fundraising groups and corporate organisations.
• Provide excellent customer service to support fundraisers via phone, mail and email.
• Provide timely contact to supporters, providing reward, recognition and fundraising materials.
• Identify supporters with high value potential and pass relationships to the Relationship Manager to maximise income.
• Ensure supporter records are entered and maintained on systems and pipelines.
• Deal with compliance enquiries to ensure supporters are compliant with regulations and CRUK policies.
