Triple Point is seeking a Relationship Director to lead complex sponsor-backed leveraged and acquisition finance relationships within the SME portfolio. The role requires mature credit judgement, strong relationship leadership, and the ability to structure and execute sophisticated transactions that deliver portfolio value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in sponsor-backed leveraged finance with portfolio management
• Experience negotiating and executing LMA-style facility agreements and intercreditor documents
• Experience managing complex borrower relationships and leading new lending transactions
• Strong financial modelling capability including covenant analysis
• Understanding of the commercial lending landscape including pricing and structures

Responsabilités

• Own and strategically manage a portfolio of high-value, complex borrowers focusing on sponsor-backed leveraged/acquisition finance
• Maintain senior-level communication with borrowers, sponsors, advisers and management teams
• Oversee onboarding and handover of deteriorating credits to Restructuring
• Take accountability for portfolio compliance and covenant testing
• Review management information and update senior stakeholders
• Lead in-life events: forbearance, restructures, covenant resets, new money requests
• Lead negotiations and documentation for new lending and amendments
• Line manage and coach junior colleagues; deputise for Head of Relationship Services
• Lead strategic portfolio management and value creation initiatives
