Job summary

CAMRADATA, part of S&P Global, is a trusted platform delivering data and analytics for the investment management industry. The Relationship Associate drives engagement and growth across CAMRADATA by supporting investor searches, developing client relationships, and increasing platform usage through onboarding, engagement, and renewals.

The role includes delivering product demonstrations, tracking client activity, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to support growth

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows (sales support, searches, client service).
• Comfortable delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Experience working with data, reporting, or financial platforms (preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive investor and asset manager engagement to increase platform usage and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end CAMRADATA Assisted Search process, including sourcing, execution, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support onboarding, engagement, and renewals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support sales activities as a CAMRADATA specialist.
• Track, analyse, and report on client activity, search outcomes, and platform usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to support growth and platform development.
• Provide day‑to‑day platform support, including account setup, data queries, and issue resolution.
• Capture and maintain accurate client and activity data within CRM systems.
