Are you ready to take charge of a brand-new role where your relationship-building skills can really shine?
We’re recruiting for an Affiliates Account Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking business based in Scarborough, and this is your chance to step into a newly created position with plenty of opportunity to make your mark.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and a collaborative wider team, focusing on expanding and enhancing the company’s affiliate network. From day one, you’ll take the lead in building strong, productive partnerships and driving real results.
A few things you’ll be getting stuck into:

  • Managing and strengthening relationships with existing partners
  • Exploring and identifying new partnership opportunities
  • Recruiting and onboarding new affiliates, ensuring a smooth and positive introduction
  • Equipping partners with the right tools, support, and guidance to promote the brand effectively
  • Maintaining consistent communication and reviewing performance to ensure ongoing success
  • Negotiating and updating agreements to ensure they remain beneficial for both sides
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, commercially savvy, and great at building rapport. You’ll need to be proactive and motivated, with a strong background in managing partnerships or commercial relationships, and ready to run with this role and make it your own.
This is a full-time position, workingMonday to Friday, 9am–5pm, offering a salary of £26,000 plus commission.
