In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for our fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and internal teams to understand their business, build, manage, and optimize highly effective paid ad campaigns that bring new clients through their doors.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires proactivity. We support you with a well-established system, industry experts, and a clear strategy. We value smart, personable, and capable Digital Marketers who go the extra mile to achieve results.

This is primarily a remote role, open to candidates in the UK, with occasional face-to-face meetings with clients or team gatherings.

Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)

• Developing tailored campaign ideas to meet client needs

Additional Experience:

• Meta Business Manager (2 years)
• Localized online marketing (fitness-specific bonus)
• Agency experience or direct client management preferred
