Brainkind is offering a Rehabilitation Support Worker role in Liverpool. The position provides a competitive hourly rate with enhanced pay on Bank Holidays and Weekends, plus a structured induction and ongoing training.

You will work to help brain injury survivors regain skills and confidence, following personalised support plans within Redford Court/Lodge. The role focuses on developing independence and community participation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and literacy; able to document and share information clearly.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support following individual care plans to meet residents' goals.
• Develop daily living skills such as hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Assist with hands-on personal care under guidance from therapists when needed.
• Engage residents in activities and community access to promote independence.
