Job summary

Ariya Neuro Care in Barnsley is seeking Rehabilitation Support Workers to help adults with acquired brain injuries regain skills and confidence, enabling a return home or greater independence.

The role offers a supportive, positive team environment, comprehensive training, evening and weekend rotas, personal care as needed, and opportunities for development through our training programmes and staff awards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with acquired brain injury to regain skills, confidence and independence.
• Work alongside the neuro therapy team to implement goals and strategies.
• Provide personal care as required and participate in a rota that includes evenings and weekends.

Salary: A GBP 13.45 per hour

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro:therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life.

We are incredibly passionate about what we do and dont need people with vast care experience as in:depth training and support is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.

This role is on a rota basis, which includes evening and weekend work. It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.
