Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have care certificate and provide evidence of this at interview.
• GCSE Maths and English or functional skills/relevant equivalent certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Work within the nursing team delivering patient care under supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Record clinical observations and report to the registered nurse.
• Maintain ward cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Participate in annual staff appraisal and mandatory training.
