Could you help someone take their next step towards independence?
Are you passionate about helping people achieve their goals and regain their confidence and independence?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant to join our friendly Cockermouth & Maryport ICC Rehabilitation Team.
This is much more than a job where you simply follow a care plan. You will be an important part of a multidisciplinary team, working directly with patients to support their rehabilitation, encourage progress and celebrate those all-important milestones along the way.
No two days are the same. You could be supporting someone to regain their mobility, helping them practise everyday activities, encouraging them when rehabilitation feels challenging, or simply being the person who gives them the confidence to try again.
You will work alongside experienced Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other members of the team, with opportunities to further develop your knowledge and skills through our clinician led in-service training days.
If you are compassionate, enthusiastic, reliable and enjoy helping people achieve what they thought they couldn't, we'd love to hear from you.
