Job summary

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Rehabilitation Assistant based at St Pancras Hospital, with responsibilities spanning in-patient rehabilitation and patient home visits. Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE/O Level or equivalent.
• Experience in NHS or health-related community settings is desirable.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good IT skills and ability to use standard IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation and/or supported discharge to patients on rehabilitation wards with supervision from qualified therapists.
• Assist with education sessions and carry out delegated patient care tasks and assessments.
• Support day-to-day running of the rehabilitation team alongside other staff; may help with equipment ordering and data collection.
