Job summary

Northern Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Transaction Reporting Business Analyst / Project Manager to translate regulatory guidance into detailed business and functional requirements for Trade and Transaction Reporting. You will work with Tech, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Front Office to manage multiple streams and drive delivery from requirements through testing and rollout.

Qualifications

Significant experience in project and program management.
Experience driving change in Capital Markets and Transaction Reporting.
Ability to translate regulatory text into implementation requirements.
Experience coordinating with Tech, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Front Office.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis: evaluate regulatory guidance and create business and functional requirements for Trade and Transaction Reporting projects.
Project Management: coordinate with portfolio change lead and multiple teams to ensure consistency and track progress.
Testing: coordinate and support testing to ensure smooth UAT and Production Parallel phases.
