Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Transaction Reporting Business Analyst / Project Manager to support strategic direction and development of Trade and Transaction Reporting products and solutions. You will work with Tech, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Front Office to manage multiple work streams and translate regulator guidance into requirements.

You will coordinate planning artifacts, communicate progress to virtual teams, and help ensure end-to-end delivery across regulatory projects and change

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project and program management and regulatory change initiatives.
• They should have a proven track record delivering programs in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Experience in Capital Markets, Transaction Reporting, and translating regulatory guidance into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: evaluate regulatory guidance and create business/functional requirements.
• Project Management: coordinate across teams, manage milestones, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Testing: support UAT and Production Parallel testing phases.
