In this temporary 6-month role, you will support the compliance of our raw materials with relevant regulations, gather various data and conformity declarations, and serve as a regulatory resource for internal customers. You will work closely with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

What you'll do:

  • Gather raw material technical information from suppliers and build effective working relationships
  • Validate raw material information across our European Flavors locations
  • Provide raw material documentation to external agencies, including Kosher/Halal/non-GMO certifications, and upload it into our global TraceGains repository
  • Import current raw material documents into our product lifecycle management system, Devex
  • Support the efficient approval process of urgent raw material introductions by actively communicating open tasks with approvers
  • Adhere to regulatory procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of raw material data into our systems

  • Experience in food ingredient raw materials is an advantage
