Job description

In this temporary 6-month role, you will support the compliance of our raw materials with relevant regulations, gather various data and conformity declarations, and serve as a regulatory resource to internal customers. You will work closely with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

What you'll do:

1. Gather raw material technical information from suppliers, building effective working relationships
2. Validate raw material information across our European Flavors locations
3. Provide raw material documentation to external agencies, including Kosher/Halal/non-GMO, and upload it into our global TraceGains repository
4. Import current raw material documents into our product lifecycle management system, Devex
5. Support the efficient approval process for urgent raw material introductions by actively communicating open tasks with approvers
6. Adhere to regulatory procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
7. Ensure accurate and timely entry of raw material data into our systems
