Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £52,000

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier 1-ranked regulatory team in Birmingham, specializing in Health & Safety, Motor Crime, and Inquests. As part of a nationally recognized team, you’ll be working alongside experienced professionals, advising a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors including health, public sector, and corporate clients. Your role will involve handling both advisory and post-event work, preparing cases, attending client conferences, and supporting business development efforts.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
  • 1-3 years PQE with a focus on Health & Safety, Motor Crime, and/or Inquests.
  • Experience in criminal practice and process (desirable).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for regulatory law, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and experience working with clients and other professionals.
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience reviewing and organizing large volumes of material.
