Overview

As a member of the expanding Regulatory team, you will specialise in advising clients within the transport sector on all aspects of regulatory compliance and litigated defence. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting clients in obtaining licenses and navigating Public Inquiry hearings.
2. Handling Border Force appeals and advising on compliance audits.
3. Engaging with a diverse client base to explore options for litigation resolution.
4. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Newly qualified Solicitors and candidates with up to 3 years PQE are encouraged to apply. You should demonstrate experience in Regulatory and Litigation law.
