Location: Manchester | Level: NQ+ |Salary: Excellent | Work Pattern: Hybrid

Join leading regulatory teams in Manchester working on high-profile cases including HSE investigations, corporate manslaughter, and motor crime defence.

The Opportunity

We’re recruiting for multiple roles across top-tier firms for lawyers and barristers with experience in:

• HSE & Environmental Regulatory Defence
• Motor Crime (e.g. death by dangerous driving, DUI)
• Social Care Regulation (care home investigations & breaches)

You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of a case, including nationally significant corporate manslaughter litigation—no matter your PQE level. In particular, one of our clients is dealing with arguably the most significant corporate manslaughter cases over the last ten years.

Ideal Candidates

Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Barristers (2+ years call)
Experience in HSE, motor crime, or general crime defence
Strong advocacy, drafting & case strategy skills
Desire to work on complex, high-impact regulatory cases
