  4. Liaising with courts, Coroner's Office, CQC, Police, HSE, or relevant regulators.
  5. Liaising with experts— instructing, summarising evidence, and serving reports.
  6. Serving defence case statements, sentencing bundles, and mitigation bundles.
  7. Drafting written submissions after liaising with clients.
  8. Communicating with clients regarding prosecution cases and disclosure requirements.
  9. Reviewing transcripts of evidence.

  12. Attending trials and inquests with counsel— drafting notes of evidence, outcomes, and sentencing.
  13. Arranging meetings, site visits, expert appointments, and collating evidence.
  14. Reviewing medical records, post-mortem reports, and CCTV footage.
  15. Attending sites, taking photos, and drafting statements.
  16. Researching relevant HSE guidelines and client procedures, risk assessments, and documents.
  17. Ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct.
