Clayton Legal is working with a highly regarded legal team to appoint a Regulatory Solicitor. If you're a Criminal Solicitor with experience in investigations, advocacy, hearings, evidence and complex case management, you could have a fantastic foundation for a move into regulatory law.

You don’t necessarily need regulatory experience; strong analytical and drafting skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage a varied caseload are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Experience in investigations, advocacy, hearings, evidence and case management is highly transferable.

What are they looking for?

You’ll ideally be a qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate and have either:

• Regulatory experience; or
• A strong background in criminal or commercial law with a genuine interest in developing a career in regulatory law.

You’ll need strong analytical and drafting skills, sound judgement, excellent organisation and the confidence to manage a varied caseload.

Most importantly, you’ll be keen to build your expertise in regulatory law and ready for your next challenge.
