Clayton Legal is working with a highly regarded legal team to appoint a Regulatory Solicitor. If you're a Criminal Solicitor with experience in investigations, advocacy, hearings, evidence and complex case management, you could have a fantastic foundation for a move into regulatory law.

You don’t necessarily need regulatory experience; strong analytical and drafting skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage a varied caseload are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Experience in investigations, advocacy, hearings, evidence and case management is highly transferable.

Responsibilities

• Move into a Regulatory practice while leveraging criminal law experience.
• Develop a genuine regulatory specialism and take responsibility for a caseload from an early stage.
• Work on high-quality, complex regulatory matters with autonomy.
