Job summary

Monzo Bank Limited in London is seeking a data-focused Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our regulatory reporting team. You will produce Monzo's regulatory liquidity reporting, ensure robust controls, and document regulatory interpretations, supporting capital and liquidity disclosures (Pillar 3).

You will design dashboards, automate recurring processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and auditable outputs that meet governance requirements.

• Experience producing LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM returns.

Responsibilities

• Produce Monzo's regulatory liquidity reporting with robust controls.
• Document regulatory interpretations and communicate them to stakeholders.

Job Summary

data-focused Regulatory Reporting Analyst with a strong attention to detail to join our regulatory reporting team at Monzo. The team is responsible for understanding our prudential regulatory reporting requirements, working on projects and submissions relating to these and collaborating with teams across Monzo. You will play a key role by producing Monzo's regulatory liquidity reporting, ensuring robust and consistent controls across all outputs to support regulatory compliance and internal governance requirementsDocumenting the applicable regulatory interpretations and communicationAssisting the wider team produce Monzo's capital and liquidity regulatory reporting and disclosures (including Pillar 3)Executing and improving the controls required to ensure regulatory reporting is timely, accurate and completeEnsuring all our regulatory reporting runs like clockworkUsing data visualisation tools to build dashboards and facilitate sign-off and useful insightsDesigning brilliant ways to automate your work and leverage technology to ensure we scale with the business.

Desired Skills & Experience

We’d love to hear from you if you have a good understanding and experience of producing LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM returns; you're excited by data and have a sharp eye for detail; you have knowledge of coding languages like SQL would be a bonus, although a willingness to learn is just fine; you have a proven record of delivering to strict deadlines; you want to automate or enhance recurring processes, particularly by leveraging technology, but know how to balance this with getting the actual reports out.
