This role offers an opportunity to join an innovative, high-performing team in a busy, client-facing environment. The position involves working one day per week from the office and the rest remotely.

Responsibilities

1. Supporting the organisation in managing Fitness to Practise matters.
2. Witness interviewing, drafting, legal research, document management, and administrative tasks related to regulatory affairs.
3. Handling cases, analyzing large amounts of information, and collating data in an organized manner.
4. Fostering strong internal relationships and engaging with external stakeholders through exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months' legal experience, including casework, witness interviewing, and drafting.
• Legal qualifications at a degree level or higher.
• Experience in healthcare regulation is desirable but not essential.
