MERKUR Slots UK Ltd is seeking a Compliance and Licensing Officer in Milton Keynes to support the Head of Compliance and teams. You will oversee complaints, coordinate DSAR handling, maintain license registers, and track regulatory changes.

The role requires strong organisational skills and experience in compliance support within a regulated sector. The position offers 37.5 hours per week in Milton Keynes head office with some travel, a competitive salary up to £40,000, and a comprehensive

Competenze

• Experience in administration, case coordination, customer complaints, licensing or compliance support.
• Awareness of data protection principles and willingness to develop knowledge of DSAR handling, gambling licensing and complaints procedures.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and written communication.

• Monitor external regulatory developments relevant to the business.
• Maintain a regulatory change register and flag changes to the Head of Compliance.
• Support interpretation of regulatory developments and assess impact on casino operations.
