Job summary

Care Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Lead to oversee compliance with regulatory and governance requirements across the organisation. The role involves interpreting legislation, coordinating implementation plans and reporting to the Leadership Team and Board.

You will collaborate with operations, assets, development and governance colleagues, maintain risk registers and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience of regulatory compliance (in a housing setting) minimum 2 years.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements for Registered Providers of social housing.
• Knowledge of specialised supported housing.
• Experience working with people with a learning disability and/or autistic people, or knowledge from personal experience - Desirable.
• Experience using artificial intelligence appropriately to create efficiencies - Desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on regulatory compliance tasks and coordinate assurance for Leadership Team and Board.
• Keep up to date with legislative requirements and review organisational compliance.
• Support reporting on compliance and development of best practice.
• Coordinate Board inductions, appraisals, training and development.
• Promote continuous improvement and build relationships with stakeholders.
