Responsibilities

Lead and oversee statutory and regulatory compliance framework across housing stock and corporate assets.
Provide strategic direction and professional leadership across all key areas of landlord compliance.
Ensure policies, procedures, systems and controls are in place to manage compliance risks effectively.
Oversee compliance programmes and statutory inspections, servicing, testing and remedial works within timescales.
Maintain oversight of compliance data, records and asset information with auditable data.
Provide regular compliance performance and risk reporting to senior management and Board committees.
