Regulatory Lawyer – Policy Manager, West Midlands/ Hybrid, £70,000–£80,000. THE ROLE:
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced legal policy professional to lead and drive strategic policy initiatives within a national regulatory framework. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee high-impact projects aligned with the organisation’s corporate strategy. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior legal advisors.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified solicitor, barrister, legal executive or a foreign qualified lawyer with significant experience in legal policy work, particularly within regulatory or public law settings, along with proven ability to lead high-stakes projects. Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement at a senior level are essential.

THE PACKAGE:
The benefits package includes 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 27 days after two years and 30 days after five years of service. It also offers private medical insurance, life assurance, and a generous pension scheme.
