An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Lawyer to join a growing and highly regarded Regulatory team acting on behalf of professional regulators. You will manage a varied caseload of professional regulatory investigations, leading matters from initial assessment through to preparation for regulatory tribunal hearings. Your responsibilities will include assessing allegations, preparing investigation plans, advising on interim orders, overseeing, or conducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, drafting statements, and preparing detailed reports on evidential strength and appropriate outcomes. You will work closely with experienced lawyers, advocates and investigators while maintaining regular communication with clients and contributing to the continued success of the team.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 2 years' PQE and previous case management experience. Experience in professional regulatory or fitness to practise matters would be advantageous, although candidates with transferable investigation or litigation experience are also encouraged to apply. You will possess strong analytical skills, sound legal judgement, and excellent client care abilities. The successful candidate will be organised, self-motivated and capable of managing their own caseload while working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
