Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Regulatory Solicitor (Commercial) in Birmingham for a role advising on regulatory issues including food and consumer protection, digital and e-commerce regulation and advertising. The position focuses on advisory work with some involvement in regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years' PQE in regulatory or consumer regulatory law and will join a Top 50 national law firm with opportunities across major brands

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in regulatory law and/or consumer regulatory law.
• Strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide proactive, practical advice.
• Experience in advisory work with potential involvement in regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory issues including food and consumer protection, digital and e-commerce regulation and advertising.
• Handle advisory work with some exposure to regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
• Support clients across major brands and multi-jurisdictional matters within a national law firm environment.
