Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in regulatory law and/or consumer regulatory law.
• Strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide proactive, practical advice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory issues including food and consumer protection, digital and e-commerce regulation.
• Deal with advisory work, and occasional regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
• Serve major brands on multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters.
