Maxwell Bond is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a fast-paced programme of regulatory and pensions change. This hands-on role requires quickly understanding a complex environment, building stakeholder relationships and driving projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities include regulatory/pensions change delivery, requirements gathering, process design, testing, and governance. PRINCE2/Agile experience and strong communication skills are essential to manage risks, budgets and external

Qualificações

3–5+ years of project management experience in a regulated environment.
Experience delivering regulatory change, ideally in financial services.
Pensions experience is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing risks, issues, budgets and change control.
Experience leading matrix teams and external suppliers.
Structured, independent, fast-paced delivery approach.
PRINCE2, Agile or similar PM methodologies.

Responsabilidades

Lead projects across the change portfolio, including regulatory and pensions change.
Define business and system requirements, process design and improvement.
Oversee testing, implementation and business readiness.
Manage project planning, governance, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
Capture MI, produce reports and maintain project documentation.
