VIQU IT is seeking a Programme Manager to lead pensions/financial services transformation projects, with a focus on data governance, systems implementation, data migration and change management.

The role involves managing large-scale programmes end-to-end, focusing on system strategy, modern platform assessment, and contract management, with remote work and ad hoc travel to the UK cities of Bristol, Manchester or London.

Programme Manager 12 / 18 months Outside IR35 Remote with ad hoc travel

My client is looking for a Programme Manager with a background in pensions / financial services, delivering programmes involving data governance, systems implementation, data migration and change management.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Programme Manager with a strong history of managing large scale programmes end to end. With a focus on system strategy, modern platform assessment and contract management.

Key Responsibilities of the Programme Manager:

• Programme management across data, systems and transformation projects.
• Manage data migration and systems migration programmes.
• Work closely with the internal implementation team throughout delivery.
• Oversee data governance, data quality and data management activities.
• Manage business change and implementation activity.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate internal technical, data and business teams.
• Manage suppliers and contractual/commercial relationships.
• Provide programme reporting to senior stakeholders.

Key Experience of the Programme Manager:

• Must have a history of successfully delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Must have experience within pensions, specifically pension systems migrations.
• Must have change management experience.
• Strong governance and senior stakeholder management.
• Must have experience managing suppliers and contracts.

The successful Programme Manager will be work remotely with ad hoc travel to either Bristol, Manchester or London.
