We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze complex processes, gather and document detailed requirements, develop business cases, translate needs into specifications for technical teams, and support client delivery from our central London office on a 3-month PAYE umbrella contract.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis or a similar consulting role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex business transformation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Strategic thinking and attention to operational detail.
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
