Holland and Barrett is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead their regulatory strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This critical role involves development and execution of regulatory submissions, team leadership, and interaction with regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate will have strong qualifications in scientific disciplines and possess significant experience in regulatory affairs management within the food sector.
The Purpose of the Role:
As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be a vital member of our regulatory affairs team, responsible for setting the strategic direction and working with internal regulatory teams and third-party advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing our products and operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs, you will develop and execute regulatory strategies, lead regulatory submissions, and manage a team of Regulatory Affairs Associates. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the successful market authorization and ongoing compliance of our products.

We operate a hybrid model with bases in London, Nuneaton, and Burton. The successful candidate will be required to work 2 days per week in either London or Nuneaton and travel to other locations as needed.
