Job summary

Stannah, a family-owned manufacturing and engineering company, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator for our Andover Head Office. You will support the Head of Regulatory Affairs to ensure product compliance with legal and internal policies, maintain regulatory records and coordinate testing and certification activities.

This full-time role offers hybrid working after training, with structured training to develop specialist regulatory knowledge within a global manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and develop regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise regulatory records, technical files, declarations of conformity, and certification docs.
• Support creation and maintenance of regulatory processes, registers and tracking systems.
• Gather, collate and verify data for regulatory filings and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate testing and certification activities with external labs and bodies.
• Assist with regulatory monitoring, audits and stakeholder communications.
