Alliance Pharma PLC in Chippenham, Wiltshire, offers a hybrid Regulatory Affairs Associate role (VMS/Food Supplements) for a 9-month maternity cover starting November 26. The post supports maintenance and development of an EMEA portfolio across VMS, cosmetics and medical devices.

The role requires a proactive regulatory professional with a strong VMS background, familiarity with UK/EU regulations, regulatory databases and QMS processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs for VMS/Food Supplements.
• Knowledge of UK/EU food supplement legislation and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory support for new product development and launches.
• Prepare and review regulatory docs; ensure submissions to regulatory databases are compliant.
• Support maintenance of EMEA food supplement portfolio; advise on cosmetics and medical devices.
• Contribute to QMS activities: SOPs, audits, CAPAs and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate impacts to the business.

Chippenham, Wiltshire (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

At Alliance, we're a fast-growing, science led consumer healthcare business focused Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) and Skincare.

We're looking for an Interim Regulatory Affairs Associate you'll support the maintenance and development of our EMEA food supplement portfolio while also providing regulatory support across skincare, cosmetics and medical device categories.

We'reparticularlyinterestedincandidateswith astrongVMS/FoodSupplementsregulatorybackground,withskincareorcosmeticsexperienceconsideredadistinctadvantage.

Working closely with colleagues across Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, Marketing and Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance while supporting the successful delivery of new products across our growing portfolio.

Whatyou'llbedoing

• Provide regulatory support for innovation and new product development projects, helping to achieve successful product launches.
• Prepare, maintain and review regulatory documentation, ensuring submissions to relevant regulatory databases are completed in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Support the maintenance of the EMEA food supplement portfolio and provide regulatory support for cosmetic and medical device products, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Contribute to departmental Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including SOP management, audits, CAPAs and compliance initiatives.
• Monitorregulatorydevelopmentsandcommunicatepotentialimpactstothebusiness.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and provide regulatory input to support business and project objectives.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Regulatory Affairs team to deliver strategic priorities and key projects.
• Supportresponsestostakeholderconsultationsandindustrydiscussionswhereappropriate.
• Maintain up-to date knowledge of relevant regulations through continuous learning and professional development.

• ExperiencewithinaRegulatoryAffairsroleintheVitamins,Minerals&Supplements(VMS)/FoodSupplementssector.
• KnowledgeofUKandEUfoodsupplementlegislation,productcompliance,claimsandlabellingrequirements.
• Familiaritywithregulatorydatabasesandproductnotificationrequirements.
• WorkingknowledgeofQualityManagementSystems(QMS),SOPs,auditsandCAPAs.
