Job summary

SFJ Awards is seeking a Product Development Officer on a maternity cover basis in Sheffield with hybrid working. You will develop qualifications, assessment materials and related products, taking ownership of a portfolio and working autonomously under the Product Development Manager.

The role requires experience in developing regulated qualifications, collaborating with employers, regulators and sector bodies to ensure outputs meet regulatory obligations and quality standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Experience in qualification or product development, quality assurance and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to translate customer and sector feedback into effective products and services.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SFJ Awards sector and product portfolio, ensuring products remain compliant, fit for purpose and aligned to stakeholder and organisational needs.
• Develop content for SFJ Awards qualifications, accreditation and assessment materials in line with procedures.
• Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure that developed content meets quality standards including regulatory requirements.
