University of Manchester is seeking a Regular Giving Officer to drive a high-impact fundraising programme. You will create personalised donor journeys, using segmentation and training to ensure tailored experiences in line with donor relationships. The role involves planning campaigns, analysing performance and sharing results with senior colleagues.
Hybrid working may be considered. Flexibility includes occasional evenings and weekends to meet programme needs.
As Regular Giving Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering one of the UK’s most ambitious mass fundraising programmes.
In this role, you’ll bring energy, creativity and a proactive mindset to help grow our programme. You’ll work closely with the Head of Regular Giving and colleagues across the Division to develop and implement new ideas, respond to emerging opportunities, and ensure our fundraising is targeted, data-driven and impactful.
You’ll create and deliver tailored supporter journeys, using segmentation, training and systems to ensure every donor receives a personalised experience that reflects their relationship with the University. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring our activity is compliant with fundraising legislation and best practice, and that we’re using our systems and data in the most effective way.
This is a hands‑on role with real scope to make a difference. You’ll be involved in planning and delivering campaigns, analysing performance, and reporting on results to senior colleagues. You’ll need to be flexible – including occasional evening and weekend work – and confident working across multiple channels to meet the needs of the programme.
With a supportive team, a compelling case for support, and a programme that’s growing in reach and ambition, this is a fantastic opportunity for a detail‑oriented, goal‑driven fundraiser.
As an equal opportunities employer we welcome applicants from all sections of the community regardless of age, sex, gender (or gender identity), ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation and transgender status. All appointments are made on merit.
