Job summary

VANRATH is recruiting a Registration Coordinator (Energy) for a key energy sector organisation in Belfast, offering hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days from home). You will be part of the Registration team within Operations, onboarding market participants and ensuring smooth day-to-day registration processes across multiple electricity markets.

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end registration journey, owning daily workflow, handling queries, delivering guidance, and driving

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification or 2+ years' experience, ideally within a regulated industry.
• Track record of improving processes and introducing automation into day-to-day operations.
• Sharp analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who can translate complex information for different audiences.
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a wider team.
