Job description

Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take the next step in your career with a team that genuinely values your input? At Leonard Brothers Vets, we're seeking a dedicated RVN to join our friendly, experienced team in a permanent, part-time position.

A Varied and Fulfilling Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys being hands-on and actively involved in patient care. You will work across medical and surgical nursing, anaesthesia, and nurse consultations. Our nursing team is well supported and fully utilised by the vets, with plenty of scope to get involved in exciting cases.

We do a limited amount of Out of Hours, with the following commitment: approximately 4 weekends on call per year, 1 evening on call per month (6:30pm-9pm), and 7 Saturdays per year (half day).

Flexible Hours to Suit You

This part-time role involves 27 hours per week, with flexible working hours between 8:00am and 6:30pm. We value work-life balance and are happy to discuss working patterns that fit your lifestyle.

A Culture of Growth and Team Spirit

As a modern, well-equipped training practice with a supportive team across three branches, you'll join 14 vets and a strong nursing and support team that values collaboration, development, and outstanding care.

We have certificate holders in cardiology, medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, and diploma holders in anaesthesia, providing excellent mentorship and development opportunities to advance your career.

A Great Place to Live and Work

Nantwich is a charming market town with excellent connections via the M6 and Crewe railway station. You are only 1.5 hours from the Peak District, Lake District, North Wales, or London by train, offering easy access to nature, cities, or coastlines.
