A leading veterinary practice is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse for a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanence. This role offers a diverse range of nursing duties in a supportive team environment, alongside competitive salary and benefits, all set in the scenic location of Caernarfon.
We’re delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and dedicated team at Cibyn Vets. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the genuine possibility of a permanent role at the end. Whether you’re recently qualified or bring years of experience, we’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about high-quality patient care and enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
This is a varied and engaging nursing role in a busy first-opinion practice. You’ll enjoy a balance of surgical nursing, inpatient care, diagnostics and imaging, consultations and nurse clinics.
We aim to rotate duties to keep your day diverse and fulfilling, and you’ll have the chance to be involved in referral work too, thanks to our in-house ophthalmology service. You’ll be working alongside a knowledgeable and approachable team of 7 RVNs, 1 Student Nurse, 7 Vets and 5 support staff who all value teamwork and patient outcomes.
We’re a well-equipped practice with all the tools you’d expect, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, dental suite, and more. Our ophthalmology referral service also opens the door for anyone with an interest in eye care to develop this further.
Our location is another key benefit – based in Caernarfon, we’re right on the doorstep of Snowdonia National Park, offering spectacular scenery and outdoor activities. It’s a wonderful area to enjoy walking, nature and a great quality of life.
