Registered Veterinary Nurse - Wirral Vets
Are you a passionate RVN looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and engaging practice? Wirral Vets is excited to welcome a new Registered Veterinary Nurse to our close-knit team. This is a permanent, full-time role working across both of our friendly sites in Upton and Wallasey.
A Role Full of Variety and Growth
This is a busy and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in a broad range of duties including surgical nursing, inpatient care, imaging and diagnostics, consulting, and nurse clinics. We aim to rotate responsibilities to keep your day stimulating and balanced, giving you plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.
You'll work alongside a dedicated team of 4 RVNs, 1 Student Nurse, 5 Vets and experienced support staff who foster a collaborative, team-focused culture. Whether you're newly qualified or bring years of experience, you'll be welcomed into a workplace where your contribution matters and your development is supported.
Modern Equipment and a Coastal Location
Both Upton and Seaview sites are well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, and Imagist technology to support high-quality, efficient diagnostics. We're ideally located in the Wirral, with easy access to Liverpool and the stunning coastline just a stone's throw away - perfect for unwinding on your days off.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident, caring RVN - or a recently qualified nurse keen to build their experience. You'll need to be a team player who enjoys building relationships, contributing to a positive culture, and delivering excellent patient care. Empathy, attention to detail, and good communication will be key to thriving in this role.
